Custom Processing

We provide sorting, grading, ripping and trimming services. Equipment inside our 20,000 ft. sq. building includes (2) Baker twin horizontal thin kerf bandsaw systems, (2) slash decks, (4) chop saws, (2) mult-rips with associated tilt hoists and sorting belts. Equipment outside and under cover includes an 8' tilt hoist, sort gates, multi-saw DET system and a 100' green chain.

We process 8' lifts of mixed dimension, Sundance sawmill rejects, trimming (chipping the trim waste), grading, sorting and stickering in one handling. We have also processed used 1' 4' 5' kilnsticks into 1' 2' 5' kilnsticks for Weldwood Hi-Atha. Unusable stock was recycled into 1' x 3' x 50.5" kilnsticks for Blueridge Lumber.
