Yellowhead Wood Products Inc. is
a lumber re-manufacturer with operations located just west of Edson,
Alberta. We have been in business since 1990.
Yellowhead Wood Products traces it heritage back more
than 80 years, to 1919, when Arthur Corser began sawmilling in the Edson
region. The family wood milling tradition that was started by Arthur
Corser was carried on by his son, Richard (Dick) Corser, who in the
late 1940s, operated as the Erith Tie Company at the confluence of the
Erith and Embarrass Rivers, between Robb and Edson.
Craig Corser, president and CEO of Yellowhead Wood
Products, continues in the honourable business tradition that was established
by his father and grandfather. Quality, safety, customer service and
employee empowerment are the touchstones of Yellowhead Wood Products'
continuing operating philosophy.
